As part of the Trowbridge Mini Rugby Tour, the U11s played a triangular fixture against Dorchester and Bridport. Joined by non-tourists to ensure a full complement, Trowbridge proved too strong for both opposition, winning 50-0 against Dorchester and 38-0 against Bridport, playing some excellent, varied rugby throughout.
In the Dorchester game, tryscorers were Marco Lopez, Will Stockley (2), David Philips (2), Jamie Howell, Jacob Marshman and Cameron Chalmers. Will Thompson was successful with 5 conversions.
The game against Bridport proved harder work but the opposition were again ground down by powerful forward play and incisive running from the backs. Tries in this match came from Jamie Howell, Scott Baker, Ryan Deeley, David Philips, Ben Bishop and Will Stockley, 4 conversions being made by a variety of kickers.
