CHIPPENHAM'S under 11s squad are now sporting a new team strip and training tops thanks to new sponsors.
Norbin Farm Turf Supplies have supplied a new team strip for the players.
Norbin Farm Turf Supplies is a family owned business run by Andy Hillier and based in Box. Hillier's son James is a regular in the under 11s squad.
Hillier said: "We are proud to sponsor Chippenham under 11s and hope that in the near future, we will be more involved with the club in respect of the pitches."
Waycott Homes is a local company keen to aid and promote sport at all ages.
The company has provided the under 11s with a complete set of training tops.
Tim Waycott, from Waycott Homes, said: "We are particularly enthusiastic about support at a junior level as this is where the players of the future are nurtured for their future participation whether it be at junior club level, professional club level or in some cases at international level."
Waycott Homes has in the past sponsored Chippenham cricket and football clubs at both junior and youth level.
Waycott added: "We are pleased to be able to support Chippenham under 11s rugby in some way. Hopefully, some of the players involved in the mini and junior sections of the club will go onto play senior rugby for the club and maybe even to a higher level.
"Sponsorship aside, we would like to take this opportunity to mention the professionalism of the coaching set-up at Chippenham RFC in all age groups, especially the hard work and dedication of the coaches and volunteers who make it all possible."
