THE Bathampton over 55s-disabled match fished at Bridge Pool produced mixed sport in the unsettled conditions.
Top honours went to Bob Warren, from Oldland, with a carp catch weighing 60lb 4oz, taken alternating with pole-fished catmeat and paste. Chris Snow took second prize with a carp catch weighing 51lb 4oz, taken on pole-fished soft pellets.
He was followed by Dave Bacon, of Bath, with a carp catch weighing 38lb 9oz, taken on pole-fished sweetcorn. Top silver catch was taken by Doug Sutton, of Bath, with a weight of 8lb 13oz.
Other placings: 4 John Wild, Bristol, 17lb 13oz; 5 Mike Turner, Bath, 17lb 11oz; 6 Wayne Garland, Bristol, 17lb.
