DEVIZES-based FAPS SW turned in a great performance in the Upper Thames Winter League match fished at Sutton Benger, taking the top three individual spots and topping the team list with 64 points.
They were followed by Turners Tackle and Bait with 62 points and Colmic talisman with 59.
Individual honours went to Brian Haigh, of FAPS, with an all-bream catch weighing 27lb 1oz, taken on feeder-fished worm. Team-mate Rob Kepner used identical tactics to take another bream catch weighing 14lb 13oz to clinch second prize.
He was followed by Pete Stone, also of FAPS, with a mixed bag of roach, bream and skimmers weighing 14lb, taken on pole-fished casters.
Other placings: 4 Brian Baithe, Swindon Isis, 13lb 2oz 8dm; 5 Stuart White, Fox SW, 11lb 1oz; 6 Phil Harrop, Turners Tackle and Bait, 10lb 12oz dm.
