MOTOR RACING: A RARE opportunity for members of the public to ride in a variety of race and rally cars takes place at the Castle Combe Circuit on Saturday October 28.

The event is the Stroke Association Charity Action Day which raises money for the Stroke Association charity while giving fans a chance to experience one of the country's fastest circuits.

Rides are available for between a £30 and £50 donation to the Stroke Association and a number of motor sport personalities will be driving various historic and modern cars.

The day starts at 9am and carries on until dusk. General admission is £10 for adults and £5 for children, with free parking.
