FROME Town Sports under 18s gained their first win of the season with an emphatic 7-1 victory at Shaftesbury.
Striker Ian Groves hit three goals in a devastating opening four minute spell and then strike partner Luke Dimaria added a fourth. Groves made it 5-0 at the break and then Dimaria was on target again before the hosts scored a consolation. But it was Frome who had the final say with Dimaria completing his hat-trick.
Frome Town Sports under 18s are next in action at home on Wednesday October 25 against Chard Town (ko 7.45pm).
