Radstock Town 0, Corsham Town 6

TOBY Colbourne fired Corsham back to the top of the Premier Division table with a stunning hat-trick against Radstock on Tuesday night.

The burly front man has now scored 15 goals in all competitions this season, including eight in his last five starts.

Manager Colin Bush says his prolific front man is "on fire" at the moment after another stellar display.

Said Bush: "Toby just can't stop scoring. It's a real purple-patch he's in and I hope it continues.

"I thought the whole team were absolutely excellent against Radstock. The passing and movement was superb and the tempo was massively high.

"Any time you go away from home and win 6-0 is a great achievement. I felt sorry for their manager afterwards because it has happened to me this year against Welton and it's not a pleasant feeling."

Colbourne opened the scoring midway through the first half when he lashed a thunderous strike into the roof of the net.

The striker was on target again minutes later when he helped Ben Fitch's pass over the onrushing goalkeeper.

Full-back Dan Beck made it 3-0 just before the break when he cut inside from the right wing and fired into the bottom corner.

Corsham continued their dominance in the second period and it was only a matter of time before Colbourne completed his hat-trick.

Another neat flick from the energetic Fitch was volleyed home by Colbourne with the minimum of fuss.

Substitute Simon Gray missed two good opportunities before he got his name on the scoresheet with two minutes to play.

Gray's header was followed by a neat finish from Jerad O'Pray on the stroke of full time.
