IN A reduced Division One league programme from the Trowbridge Windows & Conservatories sponsored Trowbridge League, the only match of the day saw Bradford Reserves lose for the first time in four games after they conceded a late goal that saw Melksham Town Reserves take the game 4-3.
With Steve Burns back in charge his Melksham side took the lead through Kai Miller.
Bradford’s new belief saw them level before the break with Jonny Eamer scoring on 43 minutes.
Melksham made a blistering start to the second half and regained the lead through Dan Moore.
A second from Moore increased their lead, but they were then put on the back foot as two goals from Jamie Parlour, his first a wonder strike and second a tap-in squared things up.
Instead of shutting up shop and accepting a point from the game, Bradford pushed forward looking for the three points, but they paid the price as Moore completed his hat-trick to give Melksham their 4-3 win.
