WESTBURY’S climb up the Dorset & Wilts One South table continued as they scored another half-century of points.
Behind to an early penalty, they responded with a well-worked try for centre Dan Rae, home on leave from the Army.
Full-back Sam McQueen converted and slotted a later penalty, but Ringwood responded with two kicks of their own to cut the gap to a point.
On 23 minutes, number eight James Wild’s charge was halted near the line and his pop pass found scrum-half Matt Inseal to go over, McQueen again converting.
Ringwood added a third penalty, but McQueen outpaced the cover to score a further try which he converted.
Inseal returned the compliment to Wild just before half time to give Westbury a 29-12 lead.
After a sluggish start to the second half, winger Kieran McEntegart outpaced the defence to score in the corner before lock Dave Mouatt touched down after a drive from a lineout, McQueen converting.
Rae added his second, also converted, before Ringwood crossed for a deserved score.
But the visitors had the last word as centre Dan Gould touched down.
