LIAM Richards' bid for an English title belt ended in failure last night.
The Melksham fighter, 25, was comprehensively outpointed by Norfolk's Ryan Walsh in their English super-bantamweight fight at York Hall.
Walsh, unbeaten in 12 previous fights, dominated the fight from start to finish, earning a unanimous points decision from the three judges, who awarded one round to Richards between them.
