WARMINSTER Town slipped to their sixth defeat of the season last weekend as they were beaten by Isle of Wight outfit Cowes Sports.
Dominic Burbidge put the visitors ahead at Weymouth Street around 10 minutes in before the Cowes man got his second of the game from the penalty spot.
Darren Williams struck to make it 3-0 and round off a comprehensive defeat for Jason Guy’s side.
Warminster, who are currently third from bottom in the Wessex League Division One, travel to Hythe & Dibden tomorrow.
The South Coast side currently sit a place above Guy’s men in 15th place, with only goal difference separating the two teams.
