SAM Gooding is focussed on creating a hometown feel to his Westbury line-up as they attempt to climb the table.
Gooding is set to lose striker Paul Gittins to Bradford Town and Mark Gerrish to Corsham Town, but the majority of the squad for tomorrow's trip to Elmore will be from the town.
“We have very little budget so it is difficult to entice people,’’ said the United boss. “So we’ll work on putting together a squad of Westbury players, who want to be involved with the club.’’ Gooding’s side had enough chances to end their five-match losing run with victory, rather than a draw, against Hengrove.
Simon Millard gave the visitors the lead but, minutes after Gary Tudwell had been sent off for the Bristol hosts, they earned a penalty which Ben Crewe converted.
