TROWBRIDGE LEAGUE: BRADFORD Town Reserves and The Stiffs will meet in the final of the AM Print and Copy Spring Cup at Westbury United's Meadow Lane ground on April 11.
Bradford booked their place with a 2-1 win at Rowde Sports, thanks to goals from Jenkins and an own goal. Ben Whitehouse replied.
In the other semi-final The Stiffs defeated Four Seasons by the odd goal in nine after extra-time in a very sporting and exciting semi-final.
They took control early on and led when a well struck cross from Pete Ross was guided into the back of the net by a defender. The visitors stepped up the pace and were level at the break.
The Stiffs regained the lead when a Simon Blagdon corner was headed in by Nathan Litterick and they went further ahead with a superb free kick by Adam Stevens.
The Seasons refused to give in and came back to equalise at 3-3. Both teams had goals disallowed before The Stiff's Pete Stephenson was judged to have handled in the area in the dying minutes, but a well struck penalty was saved by Dave Carroll to send the tie into extra-time.
In the first period the visitors took the lead for the first time in the game, but the home outfit rallied and Christian Player picked up the ball in midfield and ran through to equalise.
In the second period both teams battled hard,but inspired substitutions for Stiffs of Dan Fricker and Chris Giles, both in midfield, gave them the fresh legs they needed.
With only three minutes left Chris Giles flicked the ball to Litterick who showed great composure in front of goal to fire home the winner.
Scorers for the visitors were Stuart Field (2), Rob Smith and Tom Evans.
The Division Two Cup semi-final first leg, sponsored by Taylor Kitchens and Bedrooms, resulted in a 1-0 win for FC Northbridge at Westbury A, thanks to a second half strike from Stuart Greenwood.
The second leg is scheduled for tomorrow and the winners will play AFC Trowbridge Town Youth Reserves in the final at Warminster Town on April 25.
In Division One Seend United came back from 2-0 down to climb to fourth with a 4-2 win over basement team Heytesbury. Steve Wyatt and Rob Noble scored for Heytesbury, with Dave Castle, Ben Holloway, Brian Grinham and Kenny Miller on target for Seend.
Bradford United moved to within a point of leaders Freshford United and with a game in hand after a 2-0 win over North Bradley Saints. Dan Cotterell and Mike Emberton scored the goals.
Frome Town Sports beat Warminster Town Reserves 3-2, thanks to goals from Frank Alexander (2) and Paul Bendall.
In Division Two AFC Trowbridge Town Youth Reserves, thumped St Andrews 5-1, with goals from Leigh Ruskin (2), Mark Burrell (2) and Gareth Johnstone. Dan Fowler replied.
The Deverills beat The Lamb 2-0 to climb to second, place and within two points of the undefeated leaders Northbridge.
Damion Holton and Aaron Stevens were the marksmen for the Deverills.
In Division Three the clash between second placed Trowbridge Wanderers and third placed Lavington, ended all square at 2-2, Wanderers being denied victory when Dean Gumm smashed a penalty way over the bar with the last kick of the game.
Gumm and Mark Stevens scored for Wanderers, with John Chenoweth and Jamie Bayes (penalty) replying.
Semington Magpies were 3-0 away winners over Frome Town Sports A, with goals from Andrew Harrison, Josh Mills and Dan Rimmer.
