New College were crowned champions of the Wiltshire league Premier division following their 10-0 victory over bottom club Corsham Town.
Manager Mark Teasdale said it was a great achievement adding: “ They are a great bunch of lads and they thoroughly deserved their success.”
The avalanche of goals at Corsham brought the Swindon sides tally to 110 with just 36 against.
Melksham Town finished runners up just a point behind the College after winning their last game 4-1 at Westbury.
The visitors always had the edge in the first half and went ahead with a strike from Dave Thompson, Westbury’s Mark Little scoring at the wrong end tyo give Melksham a 2-0 lead at the break.
Two goals from Wayne Thorn in the second half put the visitors four goals to the good before Paul Beavers scored a consolation for the home side with the best goal of the game.
Purton, who finished in third spot beat Devizes Town 3-1 in their last game but had to pull out all the stops against a lively Devizes outfit.
Ashley Gooch put the home side in front but the visitors fought back to equalise on the stroke of half time through Robert Mitchell.
Play continued to switch from end to end in the second half the home side adding to their score with a clever chip from Justine Miller and a good header from Anthony Hogg.
Purton boss Stef Kucynski said he was well pleased with the season adding : “ We beat New College twice and had we not dropped a few points earlier in the season we could well have shaken up the top two sides.”
Westside finished the season on a high defeating Trowbridge Town 2-0 on their own ground to register two wins and a draw in a week.
The Swindon side had been struggling at the foot of the table for most of the season until they struck their recent purple patch and eventually finished sixth from bottom.

Marlborough Town were beaten 2-1 at home by FC Chippenham Youth who took an early lead through Gary Lock.
After the interval the game continued to be evenly balanced until the home side had a player sent off and tipped the scales in favour of the visitors who quickly went two up with another strike from Lock.
With around five minutes to go Ricky Flanagan pulled a goal back for the home side to ensure a lively finish to the game.
Corsham finished bottom of the table with Pewsey Vale a place above.
Minety were champions of Division 1 on goal difference from AFC Castrol with Greenmeadow topping the Division 2 table with Byron Wanderers runners up.
