TASC continued their medal haul in the final weekend of the Bagcat County Championships.

The 9 to 14 year old boys and 9 to 13 year old girls (BAGCATS) finished their competition on Sunday and saw the close of the Bagcat county champs at the Link, Swindon.

The young swimmers won a total of 18 gold medals 22 silver and 21 bronzes over the final weekend with all achieving Personal best times and many achieving South West regional qualifying times (DQT).

The Team spirit was immense and a pleasure to watch and be part of, with all children enjoying not just their own swimming but helping each other in there warm ups, using the stop watches to record split times and stroke counts (under the guidance of Head Coach – Heather Booth and coach Lee Davies) and cheering on their team mates whilst racing.

THE YMCA was the highlight of the day with all clubs singing and dancing and raising the roof of the link- I do feel that TASC had the edge on this one though with the routine practiced and performed to perfection, including all the boys joining in.

There were a total of 13 TASC swimmers within the top 6 in county following the conclusion of the Bagcat competition- with results as follows:
