Westbury boss Paul Brickley has talked up his side's weekend opponents Longwell Green Sports but says they are more than capable of springing an upset.

The manager was upset with the manner of Tuesday night's loss at Shepton Mallet and has urged his players to replicate the form which saw them go on a seven game unbeaten run before that fixture.

“We were rubbish on Tuesday,” said Brickley. “We just didn't turn up.

“We've have some tough games recently and you could see there were some heavy legs out there.

“It's a shame but I don't like losing any game. It's especially disappointing considering how we got ourselves up for the derby with Bradford last Saturday but not in midweek.

“I still hope we can finish in mid-table though.

“Longwell are without doubt the second best team in the division behind Larkhall Athletic.

“But if we play like we have been playing at times this season then we have a chance to get something from the game.

New signing Aaron Billett, who joined on Wednesday from Devizes Town, could make his debut for Westbury.
