Warminster Town were unable to continue their recent good form, suffering a home defeat at the hands of Hythe and Dibden.
Jason Guy's side earned a point against Totton & Eling and beat Amesbury Town on Wednesday night, but the heavy fixture schedule took it's toll with tired legs a factor in the loss.
The defeat sees them slip from third to sixth in the table and are no just four points above today's visitors who remain in eighth.
