Two second half goals sunk Bradford as they crashed out of the Les Phillips Cup 3-1 at the quarter final stage.
The visitors looked good value at half time in their match at Oldland Abbotonians but fell away at a time they should have pushed on.
"It's very disappointing," said manager Paul Shanley.
"We played well in patches but not long spells.
"Overall we were just not good enough on the day."
