Ian Holloway made an impassioned plea to Swindon Town supporters to try and get them back to games to spur the team on.
In his first two games in charge, Town have secured passage into the FA Cup Second Round and Bristol Street Motors Trophy knockout phase and Holloway is now looking for the team to kick on as he takes charge of his first league game at Milton Keynes Dons.
Swindon’s crowds have declined this season following two straight disappointing campaigns, including last season’s being the lowest-ever finish in the four-tier structure.

This season is the first under Clem Morfuni in which no home crowd has been over 8,000 at this stage of the season and four of the seven home league games have seen attendances under 7,000.
Following the victory over Tottenham Hotspur Under-21s, Holloway made a plea to fans who are on the fence to come back to The Nigel Eady County Ground.
He said: “If you are hanging around and you are not sure how we have been for a little while, why don’t you come and get a ticket and just come and have a little look to see if this might be something you want to watch?
“Or ask your mate if they have been [what it has been like] to see if I can get you to help our crowds come up.
“I would really love that, honestly, if you could come along and enjoy what we are doing and enjoy the ride.
“That would really help me an awful lot and it would help the lads as well because I am sure that you would like what we have shown you.”
Holloway has started with two home cup games which have seen attendances of 4,855 and 1,816 respectively but he has praised the impact those crowds have been able to have on his team in spurring them on.
He said: "When we started to believe and started to create things then the crowd joined in and then everything was great and we managed to win the game.
"Whoever came on was getting that too and they seemed to grow and they seem to want it.
"The crowd is helping with that, it is really helping, I am telling you that.
"As long as you like what you see, please let the lads know that and it will do them the world of good.”
