MELKSHAM based Travis Vince recorded three podiums from as many starts at the latest round of the Dymag National 250cc Championship in Pembrey, Wales.
Riding his T Z 250cc Yamaha, Vince started his first race from fourth on the grid.
Despite losing a foot peg with four laps to go, Vince crossed the line in eighth – and second in the N G Cup class behind last season’s champion Simon Hunt.
Vince’s second race also wasn’t without its drama after he almost fell of his machine before putting in some strong lap times to see him place fifth, and another second in the N G Cup class.
He started his third race from third on the grid alongside double National Champion Phil Atkinson in pole and national competitor Thomas Lawlor in second.
Vince repeated his result from his second race with another fifth overall and second in the N G Cup class.
His weekend performance means Vince sits third in the N G Cup championship, four points behind second placed Peter Basile.
