NORTH Star Club cobbled together a team for the trip to Warminster Wanderers and returned home with a 2-1 victory to their name.

Jordan Pinder put Warminster in front before a battling North Star drew level through Ryan Witchell and then secured all three points thanks to a debut goal from Ben Sawyer.

Faded bounced back from their 1-0 midweek defeat at Calne United with a 6-2 home success over the same opponents.

Dan Jones, twice, and Kieran Palmer netted in the first half and despite George Dolman's double for Calne, Ashley Poms and Matt Stevens wrapped up Faded's triumph.
