WITH closest challengers Semington without a fixture, FC North Wiltshire’s 3-0 victory at nine-man FC St George saw them open up a seven-point gap on their main title rivals.
Semington have three games in hand but Josh Duckett’s 35 yard thunderbolt broke St George’s first-half resistance.
Richard Tandy and James Bamford wrapped up the points for North Wilts.
Bath Road started their game against Cavalier with 10 players and finished it with nine following an injury to keeper Jake Armstrong.
By that time Cav had already built up a healthy lead on their way to a 6-2 success.
Mike Booth and Adam Bewley, including a penalty, both scored first-half doubles for Cavalier.
Dan Arnold’s diving header was turned into his own net by Dan Bendall for Cav's fifth and a first for the club from Simon Gale made up the half dozen. Tom Sratton and Ben Leslie netted for Bath Road.
