CHIPPENHAM & DISTRICT SUNDAY LEAGUE PREMIER DIVISION: Pheasant go top
PHEASANT FC are the new leaders of the Premier Division-after they beat previous table toppers Athleticow Moodrid, the latter’s first loss of the season.
Nick Ridout’s double gave Pheasant a 2-0 interval lead. Ridout added a further two in the second period, Paul Gittins helped himself to a hat-trick and Nick Manifold’s single made up the eight. Matt Lever replied for Moodrid.
