BUTTERCROSS produced a brilliant second-half display to overturn a 3-1 interval deficit and claim a 4-3 win away at Old Road.
The victory saw them finish as Subsidiary Cup Pool B, Group Three winners.
Buttercross went ahead with a good finish from Kieran Tarrant but Max Hardman levelled the scores before Zak Sallows put Road 2-1 up.
James Eatough headed home to give Old Road their 3-1 half-time advantage.
Old Road allowed Buttercross back into the tie when they gave away a cheap penalty that was well despatched by Josh Beard and then Tarrant added two further goals to complete the 4-3 comeback win.
Warminster Wanderers booked their place in the knockout stages after their 4-1 triumph over The Mallard saw them finish top of the Pool B, Group One table with a maximum nine points.
Mark Lazenby’s goal for Mallard was just a consolation as Sam Griffiths, Adam Gough, Alex Bates and Nathan McCafferty netted to take Wanderers into the quarter finals.
Bromham top the Pool B, Group Two table on goal difference from Calne United after both recorded narrow victories at the weekend.
Bromham were 1-0 winners at Trowbridge's Faded FC with Eddie Summers scoring the only goal of the game on his debut.
Calne United were 4-3 winners in a topsy-turvy battle with Forest AFC.
Rob Brown put Forest 1-0 up goals from James House and Callum Horne with an awesome free kick gave them a 2-1 lead.
Brently Roberts levelled for Forest prior to half-time. Brown bagged himself a second and Forest a third of the contest, but that couldn’t prevent them from losing out as James House netted twice more to complete his hat-trick and seal the win for Calne.
Biddestone, who sit bottom of Division Three with just win all season, are through to the Subsidiary Cup quarter-finals after their 2-1 success at Sporting Box saw they finish top of Group Four.
Gino De Antonis was Sporting’s hitman, while goals from Jamie Stevens and Liam Leighfield both assisted by Keenan Burnell won it for Biddestone who lost Shaun Paradise for the remainder of the season after he suffered a suspected broken ankle.
Melksham Town (Sunday) got their Subsidiary Cup campaign underway with an unexpected 3-1 defeat at home to Bath Road in their Group Seven match.
Tom Sigee scored for Bath Road just before half-time to cancel out Sean Fordham’s opener for Melksham.
Second-half goals from Ben Leslie and Sigee saw Bath Road to victory.
A 4-3 victory for Corsham CC Wildcats saw them get the better of fellow top-flight side FC Lacock in their Group Five encounter.
Luke Curtis put Wildcats ahead and Sam Thomson made it 2-0 when he lobbed the Lacock keeper from 50 yards.
Goals from Josh Bright and Kieran Hard saw parity restored for Lacock before Lewis McCarron put Wildcats back in front on the stroke of half-time.
Alex Hiller made it 4-2 for the Wildcats before Bright made things interesting with his second of the morning for Lacock, however it wasn’t enough as Wildcats held on to take all three points.
