FROME Town's home has been renamed the Blindmans Brewery Stadium after the Calor League Premier Division outfit announced their new stadium sponsors.
Local brewers Blindmans, who have been associated with Frome for a number of years and are the current home shirt sponsors, have now agreed to lend their brand to Badgers Hill.
The Robins announced plans to install a new synthetic 3G pitch at their ground last week.
"We are really happy to be able to continue our relationship with the club, one that we have built up over a number of years as a sponsor and then as shirt sponsors for the last two seasons," said the new stadium sponsors.
"When Ian (Pearce, club secretary) spoke to us about changing over to stadium naming rights because of the kit draw that has been introduced, we were really pleased to accept.
"The news about the 3G pitch was also a draw and the forward-thinking decision to go down that route should be applauded, as it will no doubt open up many avenues for the club to be able to progress.
"(It is) a journey that as individuals and as a business, we are delighted to be involved with.”
Adrian Foster's Frome beat AFC Totton 1-0 last weekend and travel to play-off chasers Poole Town tonight.
