LOCAL rivals Potterne CFC and FC Buscots will go head-to-head in the match of the day from the three Division Two fixtures scheduled for this coming Sunday.
Potterne suffered their first loss in four outings last weekend and with their guests yet to lose this term they may fear the worst despite Buscots not playing a league fixture since November.
Southwick Wanderers, who took over at the top of the table after their nail-biting win over Talbot FC should remain in the number one spot another week at least.
Next up for Matt Rusling’s side are an AFC Avellinos side who they defeated 5-4 way back in September and have not played since December when they saw their winless run extend to seven games.
Sutton Benger lock horns with local rivals Fortune Inn FC and if the villagers are triumphant it would see them claim a fourth straight win in all competitions and would give them the perfect build up to their forthcoming WG Parr Trophy semi-final clash with Pig & Whistle.
After being replaced by Southwick Wanderers at the top of the table last weekend Miller Sports A will be hoping that their rivals in the promotion race slip-up as they did when they were beaten by Potterne a few weeks ago.
Miller go into the latest round of fixtures with a trip to Talbot FC.
