CORSHAM Town notched up a second successive victory as they ran out 2-1 winners at Portishead Town last weekend.
Rob Burton and Matt Jenkins grabbed the goals for Trevor Rawlings’ men, who currently sit 15th in the Toolstation League First Division.
Meanwhile, league leaders Bradford Town maintained their comfortable lead at the top of the table with a 15th consecutive league triumph.
Goal machine Sam Jordan struck a brace whilst Josh Brigham and Dan King were also on target as Paul Shanley’s men won 4-1 at Cheddar.
But there was disappointment for Warminster Town bosses Andy Crabtree and Derek Graham, who saw their side beaten 4-2 at home by county rivals Devizes Town, despite Lewis Graham’s brace.
Wayne Wheeler’s goal also wasn’t enough to prevent Westbury United losing 3-1 at Cribbs.
In the Premier Division, Melksham Town saw their four-match winning run brought to an end as they went down 1-0 at Odd Down.
