TROWBRIDGE pilot Paula Walker and brakewoman Rebekah Wilson finished 10th in the opening round of the FIBT women's two-man bobsleigh in Calgary, Canada, yesterday.
The duo clocked 57.56 for their first run before improving with 56.82 in the second.
John Jackson, who lives with Walker in Paxcroft Mead and is Britain's number one men's driver, guided his crew to 17th place in the four-man event in Calgary.
Jackson had Stuart Benson, Bruce Tasker and former Great Britain sprinter Craig Pickering on board, Jackson and Tasker finishing 21st in the two-man event earlier in the day.
