A place in the last 16 of this season’s presstoprint-sponsored Eric Hughes Memorial Knockout Cup is the prize for the winners of delayed first round match between third division Pig & Whistle United and first division strugglers Chippenham West End.
The latter will be hoping that the cup will provide them with some much-needed respite from their dreadful start which has seen their only success to date come in the previous round when they beat Trowbridge Town Supporters Club 5-0.
Pig & Whistle will prove a lot harder to beat and although they go into the game on the back of a 4-0 loss to North Star B, Richard Allen’s Pig side should be whistling a happy tune come full time.
