BRADFORD Town marched into the second round of the Toolstation League’s Les Phillips Cup after lowering the colours of Premier Division title challengers Bristol Manor Farm last night.
Paul Shanley’s First Division leaders won 3-2 at the home of their higher-league rivals, Jake Hiscocks, Sam Jordan and Tom Welch netting for the visitors.
Calne Town bowed out against Premier Division Brislington, despite a lightning-fast start from the First Division Lilywhites.
Simon Gardner’s men roared into a two-goal lead after just four minutes, but were eventually undone.
Corsham also bowed out of the competition, beaten 2-0 by Premier Division Bitton.
