FORMER England wicketkeeper Jack Russell will sign copies of his book at Trowbridge Cricket Club next month.
The former Gloucestershire gloveman, who played 54 Tests for England, will meet fans and show off an exhibition of his art on Sunday, December 1 at the County Ground in the town.
The 50-year-old has launched a new book The Art of Jack Russell: A Personal Journey through 18 Counties.’ l SPACES are available for an umpires level one course being run early next year by the Wiltshire Association of Cricket Officials (WACO) in conjunction with Wiltshire Cricket.
The course will take place at the Beversbrook Sports Facility, in Calne, from 9am-4.30pm on Sundays, January 19 and 24, followed by a morning exam on February 2.
The course fee will be no greater than £80 and, for candidates affiliated to a cricket club playing in the West of England Premier League or the Wiltshire County Cricket league, there will be subsidies available.
