WHITE HORSE claimed their sixth win on the spin as they triumphed 6-0 victory at The Lamb Reserves last weekend, closing the gap on Division Three leaders Holt to just one point.
Ross Parker maintained his impressive goal-scoring record this term with his sixth of the campaign before Stuart Barber made it 2-0.
The points were as in the bag courtesy of Pete Ayton’s effort that put White Hourse 3-0 up at the break.
Lamb Reserves never gave up and a battling second half showing made sure their visitors to Whaddon Lane had to work hard for their victory, which was completed thanks to goals from Dave Appleyard, a second from Ayton, who scored from the penalty spot, and a first for the club from Joe Gooding.
