ARGENTINA winger Horacio Agulla has extended his contract with Bath.
Agulla - known as ‘Ringo’ by his teammates – was one of the club's star performers last season, quickly becoming a favourite at the Rec.
Speaking from his native Argentina, where he is preparing to take part in the second Rugby Championship, Agulla said: “I am extremely happy to have extended my Bath contract.
"I love playing for Bath and I think the environment is perfect for a player who wants to get better. I look forward to getting back there and joining a really exciting squad.”
Gary Gold, Bath’s Director of Rugby, added: “Ringo is a top class player and a great bloke to have in our squad.
"He helps the youngsters, he adds to the culture of the place and, most importantly, he delivers time and again on the field. We are very happy to have extended his deal.”
