WARMINSTER carnival was blessed with mild weather on Saturday as thousands of people lined the streets to see the riot of colour and thumping music during the procession.
The carnival, which regularly draws in crowds of up to 20,000, is one of the main events in the Warminster calendar, and this year's procession did not disappoint.
The town's mayor, Dorothea Sultana de Maria, enjoyed a ride through the streets in a tank driven by soldiers from Warminster's barracks.
The carnival prince and princess, Ryan West and Crystal Tulloch, also made a star appearance with attendants Melissa Welsh and Phoebe Muir.
