ANIMAL science students at Wiltshire College Lackham were given the chance to handle a pair of North American timber wolves who visited the college last week.
The wolves, Duma and Dakota, are from the UK Wolf Conservation Trust and were brought to the college as part of the Foundation Degree Animal Science and Management course.
Students were given the chance to handle the wolves and learn about them in detail.
Links between the wolf trust and the college began when the foundation degree students visited the trust's headquarters near Reading last Christmas.
One of the students, Vicky Alison-Hughes also took part in a six-week work placement at the trust during the summer.
