LADY Venetia Fuller is to open her farm shop and cafe at the family's Neston Park estate on Wednesday.
The enterprising wife of Sir James Fuller has gone into partnership with Martin Still, 41, owner of the award-winning Pear Tree Inn at Whitley, to launch the business.
She said: "It is quite hectic and there are all the last minute things you think of but it is going to be fantastic."
Lady Fuller, 36, began selling organic meat boxes from the estate about 18 months ago.
Demand was so high for the meat from the farm's Aberdeen Angus and Jersey cross cattle that she decided the best way to supply the market was to open her own shop.
The plan developed rapidly and now the shop is set to open and provide a range of meat sourced from local farms sharing Neston's humane-rearing philosophy.
Within the farm shop is a coffee shop where visitors can enjoy homemade cakes, sandwiches, soups and pastries.
There is also a deli and a bakery providing fresh bread every day.
Lady Fuller, who has two sons, Archie, five, and three-year-old Harry, has also ensured a range of specially-made children's foods are on offer.
She and Mr Still hope when the shop is established they can eventually branch out to providing good quality products wholesale.
