MANGOTSFIELD UNITED have signed striker Lewis Powell. The 18-year first year professional with Bristol Rovers has signed on a month's loan.
HALESOWEN TOWN have become the latest Southern League club to achieve the Football Association's Charter Standard Award. It is the league's aim that all member clubs should achieve the standard within the next three years.
KING'S LYNN have signed midfielder Stephen Melton. The 28-year-old Melton began his career as a trainee with Nottingham Forest. During five seasons as a professional at the County Ground he made three Football League appearances. He played three games for Stoke City, 46 for Brighton and Hove Albion, 30 for Hull City and 21 for Boston United.
MAIDENHEAD UNITED'S new manager Johnson Hippolyte has signed an 18 month contract with the Magpies. Following the departure of former assistant manager, Phil Heggie, Hippolyte is expected to bring at least one of his former coaching staff at Yeading with him.
On the playing front Eric Kwakye has joined Tilbury, Adie Allen is available for selection again after coming through a couple of reserve matches unscathed and Ryan Johnson is expected to return within two weeks.
NEWPORT (IofW) have signed Portsmouth's 18-year-old forward Louis Bell on work experience.
TIVERTON TOWN have signed striker Nathaniel Pepperell after the 18-year-old forward had his contract at Bath City cancelled by mutual consent.
