YOUNG people involved in crime and anti-social behaviour were among those invited to take part in a five-day firefighting course.
West and North Wiltshire Community Safety Partnerships organised the Salamander course for youths aged between 12 and 17. Those picked were deemed to be "at risk", meaning they had been involved in crime or anti-social behaviour or were classed as socially isolated.
A demonstration of skills learned during the course was at Trowbridge Fire Station on Friday.
