POLISH sausages are unlikely to be sold on the streets of Trowbridge after the town council objected.
The town development committee opposed an application for a street trading licence to sell Polish blood sausages, pierogi, or boiled dough pockets, and hot dogs in Fore Street. Cllr Angela Milroy said: "It is a pity because it is very nice food but we have to be consistent and we have been saying we do not want any more street vendors."
