ADAM Shanley, of Riverway, Trowbridge, denied charges of common assault and threatening behaviour when he appeared before magistrates in Chippenham on Monday.
Shanley, 26, admitted another charge of using threatening behaviour in Trowbridge on June 6.
The case was adjourned until January 5.
Shanley's brother Darren, 30, was also due to appear before magistrates but failed to turn up at the court.
Magistrates issued a warrant with bail for Darren Shanley to appear before them on November 6.
