A woman used to administering TLC in her job as a care manager is in need of a little herself after completing a four-day trek across some of Iceland's most daunting terrain.
Sarah Lucas, above, from Holt, was one of 36 people from across the UK who undertook the challenge covering more than 30 miles of barren lowlands, mountain ridges and glaciers in the Skaftafell National Park, around 200 miles from the capital Reykjavik, to raise money for the Royal National Institute for the Blind.
Mrs Lucas, 41, who works for Candlelight Homecare Services in Castle Street, Trowbridge, is adamant she would do it all again, once the blisters have healed.
The group raised £80,000 for the RNIB and Mrs Lucas has paid tribute to her employers for their sponsorship.
