AN elderly woman was left shocked and upset after being targeted by distraction burglars on Thursday.
Two men came to the back door of her home in Westcroft Street, Trowbridge, at about 4.45pm.
One went into the house and walked around before the woman grabbed his shirt and told him to leave, which he did.
The man who went into the house is described as over 6ft tall and 30-40 years old. He is of medium build with brown hair, was wearing navy blue jeans and a navy blue shirt and had a badge which he was concealing from the victim.
