A MIDDLE-AGED man accused of downloading pornographic images of children on the internet appeared at Chippenham magistrates' court on Thursday.
Peter Harris, 57, of Chandler Way, Chippenham, has been charged with four counts of making indecent photos of a child and one of possessing an indecent photo of a child.
He pleaded not guilty to all charges and elected for trial at crown court.
Harris was granted unconditional bail and will reappear before magistrates in Chippenham for a committal hearing on November 17.
