A TEENAGER has been presented with an award in recognition of her work helping other people.
Becky Riley 16, a student at Wiltshire College Trowbridge, was given a silver salver engraved with her name and a certificate by Bradford on Avon Women's Institute. Her name was put forward for the award by Dawn Froggatt, the youth development co-ordinator for Bradford on Avon Youth Centre, where the teenager spends a lot of her time helping out.
Becky, of Budbury Tynings, Bradford on Avon, said: "I just like helping other people and feel good about it."
Presenting her with the salver, above, WI president Dawn Bennett said Becky was an outstanding representative of her peers.
