A CONSUMER magazine predicts property prices in west Wiltshire will rise by almost 14 per cent by 2010.
The property price forecast, commissioned by Your Mortgage, predicts significant rises in property prices across the board.
Detailed research by the magazine shows the property market shows no sign of weakening, despite the recent rise in interest rates.
In west Wiltshire prices are predicted to rise by 4.3 per cent in 2007 and a further 4.1 per cent in 2008.
In north Wiltshire they are forecast to rise by 10 per cent by 2010.
Figures from website Home show average house prices in Bradford on Avon are currently £270,401, compared to £213,416 in Westbury.
In Trowbridge the average price is £209,167, while in Chippenham the figure is £239,929.
