I have a puzzle concerning our travel by Faresaver busses using our concessionary bus passes.
Recently when travelling by service X34 northbound through Melksham we have been issued with tickets to our destination, but on the return southbound journey we have been issued with tickets to Frome Market Place.
Also when travelling from Melksham to Trowbridge we have been issued with tickets to Frome Market Place.
Lately when travelling northbound into Melksham we have been issued with tickets to Chippenham bus station despite only going to Melksham Town Bridge.
Have any other of your readers been issued with tickets to beyond their requested destination? Can anyone explain why this is done?
