WILTSHIRE Scrapstore is holding some scraptastic events in the run-up to Christmas.
Firstly, the resource centre, in Bowden Hill, Lacock, will be keeping children entertained during the October half-term when their art club returns.
The themed events will be taking place from 10.30am-12pm on October 21, 24, 26 and 28.
Admission to the sessions is £4.50 and each child must be accompanied by an adult.
Glynis Cosgrave, Wiltshire Scrapstore’s assistant director, said: “We are doing the arts club once again which is always well attended. We will soon be having another treasure hunt around the scrapstore but we’ve yet to sort out all the details for that.”
Between November and December the centre will be running a series of make and play workshops for children between 18 months and four years old.
The classes, which will cost £4.50 to attend, run from November 2 until December 9.
The sessions will take place on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Wiltshire Scrapstore is also building Santa’s Grotto, from material at the centre, which will be homed in Chippenham’s Emery Gate Shopping Centre during the festive period.
