I am a woman with cancer and learning every day to cope with it.
I want to help all the people, men and women in this area with cancer, to get together for informal meetings, weekly, monthly or more frequently when we feel alone and frightened, panicky, stressed; when we feel nothing matters any more. We matter! We can make each other’s lives more positive, some of us are strong and others weak, let the strong help the weak, let’s all be strong and have goals, achievements, fun even.
Bring a purpose back into our lives, be an ear to help your neighbour, friend, acquaintance or even a stranger.
Never be a stranger to another person with cancer, we need to talk. We can have fun, even if our lives are cut short, there can be moments of positive happiness.
Let’s not be beaten by this terrible disease that is attacking our country. Let’s show, that together, OK we have cancer but while there is breath in our bodies we will take anything on the chin and deal with it.
We can’t do this alone. We must do it together and feel we can make a difference to others, families, children and, must of all, ourselves.
Call now, with confidence, on 07877 365711.
