WEST Wilts young team was eventually overwhelmed by an aggressive and disciplined Buccs side, having put up sterling resistance in the first half.
Bath took the lead but Lucy Diggins picked up the ball on halfway and ran to the edge of the D and scored the equaliser.
Diggins scored another solo effort and Lauren Trim also went close, but Bath led 4-2 at the break.
Elizabeth Robson’s accurate tackling and Pat Murdoch’s timely interceptions were a Wilts highlight in the second half, three goals in the final 10 minutes giving Bath’s final total a flattering look.
