THE battle for the runners-up spot in Division One will go down to a final day showdown between Holt and Semington Rovers.
Holt's 3-2 victory over Colerne on Wednesday night left them within touching distance of an automatic place.
John Gilding put Colerne 1-0 up with his 26th goal of the season, but Holt's own hit man, Tom Pang, equalised.
Colerne had Jamie Bowler and Danny Walters sent off, but down to nine men they surprising regained the lead through Julian Spirrell.
There was more anguish for Colerne when Kelvin Wells diverted a Pang shot past his own goalkeeper to bring the scores level. Alan Fodder sealed the win for Holt with only his fourth goal of the campaign.
Colerne have the chance to gain immediate revenge when the sides meet on Colerne's home patch on Sunday.
